Adam is an enthusiastic young physiotherapist that has a keen interest in the body, sports and musculoskeletal injuries. He also enjoys the rehabilitation path in getting his patients back to their pre-injury work, sports and daily life. He places great importance in individually tailored treatment and well thought out recovery plans. He understands that each individual is uniquely affected or impacted by their injury or condition and thus requires their own path to recovery. He places great emphasis on short, mid, and long term recovery as well as the prevention of future re-injury.

Adam graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy from Western Sydney University in 2016. He has since found his greatest enjoyment from working in private practice, where he is able to treat and meet a variety of different patients and injuries. Over the years Adam has gained experience working in different hospitals and private practices, as well as with some leading Sydney soccer teams for physiotherapy sports coverage.

Adam started his own clinic 'Physiotherapy Recovery Clinic' in 2021 so he can further his impact and work 1-on-1 with his clients to provide effective, individualised, 1-on-1 client centred care.

To do this effectively, he keeps up to date with the latest research in manual therapy treatment, activity modification and exercise rehabilitation.

In the past, Adam has been heavily involved in sport at both a club and schooling level. He competed at a high level in both swimming and soccer. In his spare time Adam likes to keep busy by socialising with family and friends and participating in social sports and activities.
